Our Policy

Here we present an NGO(Bhoomika international development trust)is an organization in which the government plays no role. Others with a lot of money or many businesses support people through NGOs. This is a subset of organizations founded by people, such as clubs and associations that provide services to their members and others—an organization dedicated to societal welfare.

Their policies are to perform various social services, including helpless people especially women & children, housing for widowed women, training destitute orphans, and protecting women. They help with information transfer, mentoring, and pressing government employees who fail to meet their commitments. It aids in preserving a society free of all biases and social ills. It demonstrates that humanity is still alive.

Policies:-
1. Raising living standards and lowering poverty: this organization is essential in increasing living standards and reducing poverty. Like others this NGO work to reach out to underserved children and youth and ensure they receive an education.

2. Forming Vast Networks of Diverse Stakeholders: This Trust collaborates with other NGOs and corporations to raise awareness of concerns and collectively seek solutions.

3. Sustainable Development: This NGO is involved in most domains that promote economic and social progress and environmental concern, they aid in the Country’s long-term development. It can be extremely helpful in natural disasters/calamities such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or floods.

4. Human Resource Development Programs: The rural poor can earn their bread and butter through personality development programs, skill development programs, educational programs, and integrated development projects.

5. Bridging the Gap: It works to fill in gaps in government programs and reach out to those typically overlooked by government projects.

Organizational charts are mostly found in annual reports, brochures, and other promotional material of the trust. But it's also essential for fundraising and donor proposals. Many donors and donor agencies are interested to know how the operational systems of the NGO are structured and how the roles and responsibilities of various staff members are distributed. Organizational charts also become useful when new employees join the organization and they need to be oriented to the working environment. Organizational charts also aid the management to understand the understaffed and overstaffed sections and arrange transfers between them accordingly.
